- Presenting author’s contact details and institutional affiliation
- Co-authors’ names and institutional affiliations
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstract text must not exceed 350 words
- Indicate your presentation preference: oral or poster
- Include all authors and affiliations in the submission, including the submitting author and all co-authors
- Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English, with spelling and grammar of a standard suitable for publication
- Submissions will be printed exactly as submitted, so please review carefully before finalizing
- Please format your abstract following our template provided
Review Process
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the conference program committee
- Submissions that constitute sales pitches for products or services will not be considered
- Abstracts submitted for oral presentation that are not selected will automatically be considered for poster presentation
- Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection on June 5, 2026
Oral Presentations
Presentation Logistics
- Presenters may upload their presentations in the Churchill College venue up to 45 minutes prior to the start of their session
- Final presentations must be saved to a USB drive, which venue staff will upload onto the presentation computer
- Out of respect for fellow presenters and all conference participants, personal laptops should not be used, as this can cause delays to the session
- Please ensure that all images and videos are fully embedded in your presentation to avoid corrupted or missing files
- Talk durations will be confirmed and communicated to all oral presenters in the acceptance notification on June 5th
Audio-Visual Equipment
- PC laptop in Wolfson Hall
- Projector and screen
- Laser pointers
- Lapel and hand-held radio microphones
- Video display screen
- PowerPoint can be supported on Churchill College PCs
Poster Presentation
Poster presenters are responsible for printing their own posters. If you need to print a poster on-site, the following locations offer poster printing services: Pendred Printing
- Poster board dimensions: 1m x 2m per each poster board
- Recommended poster size: A0
- Push pins for mounting posters will be provided
