When does registration open?
Registration opens on 15th February. We support payments by credit or debit card.
What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee includes attendance at all scientific events, the abstract book, coffee breaks, lunches and evening meals during the conference.
How can I get to Churchill College from Cambridge Train Station?
There are several bus routes operating throughout the day that stop close to Churchill College, including 4, 8, U1, U2, X3, and PR1. Taxis are also available via Uber or local taxi companies. Please see the Transportation page for further details.
Where should I stay in Cambridge?
Please refer to our accommodation page. A limited number of rooms are available at Churchill College via the booking link provided. We have also listed a few alternative accommodation options.
Is accommodation included in the registration fee?
No, accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Will there be opportunities for networking and social events?
Yes - social events will be posted on our DNATVM26 WhatsApp groupchat, which can be joined here. There will also be shared meals to encourage networking and informal discussion among delegates.
Do I need a visa to attend the conference?
Delegates requiring a visa to travel to the UK should apply as early as possible. If you require a visa support letter, further information will be provided closer to the registration opening.
Is the venue accessible?
Churchill College is accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact the organising committee in advance so we can assist where possible.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the conference is smart casual.
Is there parking available at Churchill College?
Parking at the college is limited. Delegates are encouraged to use public transport or taxis.
Are there bicycle facilities?
Cambridge is very bike friendly. You can find bike racks close to the college.
What should I do if I have dietary requirements?
Please indicate any dietary restrictions during registration, we will try to accommodate any requirements where possible.
What is the weather like in Cambridge?
July in Cambridge is usually warm, with average temperatures of 20–25°C (68–77°F). Occasional rain is possible, so light layers and a waterproof jacket are recommended.
