DNA Tumour Virus 2026

Join us in Cambridge for DNA TVM 2026

July 19-24, 2026 | Churchill College, Cambridge

About the Meeting

The DNA Tumour Virus Meeting (DNA TVM) brings together a diverse group of researchers with shared interests in DNA tumour viruses. These viruses include the polyomaviruses, papillomaviruses, and adenoviruses, which have proven invaluable models for understanding cancer progression. These specific viruses are clinically important pathogens that, in some cases, cause cancer in humans, the most notable example being the human papillomaviruses (HPV) that are the cause of virtually all cervical cancer cases. Research on DNA tumour viruses continues to advance rapidly, and this meeting provides a major forum for disseminating these findings to scientists from around the world. The DNA TVM has been observed for over five decades and has led to remarkable discoveries in molecular biology and cancers caused by these viruses.

This year's meeting will be held at Churchill College, University of Cambridge, from July 19th to 24th, 2026. Churchill College has a long history as a venue for this meeting. Academic sessions and official events will begin in the evening on Sunday, July 19th. The conference banquet will take place after the final session on the evening of Thursday, 23rd July.

Registration and abstract submission open February 20th. Room bookings at Churchill College may be made from February 20th, and we recommend booking as soon as possible.

We look forward to welcoming you to DNA TVM 2026.
